EFP is not just about motion pictures, videos, film, commercials and corporate communications. We have over 15 years of experience in legal deposition taping for corporate and criminal cases in New York State, as well as on a national level.

Our Deposition Kits record the audio and time-stamped video of legal proceedings. The Kits include all microphone and accessory equipment. Immediately after the deposition, we can provide copies of the videotapes to the appropriate parties involved in the case. Additional copies are available through our editing department, who strive to meet stringent deadlines and court requirements. Copies are dubbed from a complete, archived set of originals stored in a secure, safe location to ensure evidence and testimony is not lost or tampered with.
